Milanofiori Nord - Assago (Milan)

Site of circa 360,000 sqm in Assago (Milan) on which a major multifunctional complex (tertiary, retail and residential) with a GFA of 218,000 sqm called "Milanofiori Nord" is in an advanced state of construction and development.

Between 2006 and the present date buildings totalling 160,000 sqm have been completed, including six multi-storey office buildings, 2 residential complexes, a multiplex cinema, a fitness centre, a hotel, a retail park and numerous spaces for entertainment, catering and services.

Leading companies and multinational brands have already chosen to locate their offices in the Milanofiori Nord complex. It has large park areas and is served by a dedicated underground stop (of line 2) and has more than 140,000 sqm of integrated and ground level public parking areas.

Milanofiori Sud - Rozzano (Milan)*

Site of more than 1,100,000 sqm in Rozzano (Milan), adjacent to the Milanofiori Office Centre.

The site offers a potential buildability of circa 310,000 sqm of GFA with a tertiary and residential use destination, as well as areas which are part of the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano (South Milan Agricultural Park) and some protected areas around the Naviglio Pavese canal. The existing agreements for the development also entail infrastructural works, the enhancement of the environment as well as the use and management of agricultural areas.

Monza

"Cascinazza" site of circa 500,000 sqm for which a development project is under examination.

"Torneamento" site with an overall area of 115,500 sqm, including circa 5,300 sqm of GFA for the building of apartments.

Santa Cesarea Terme (Lecce)

Coastal site of circa 1,379,000 sqm, in Santa Cesarea Terme, in Salento.

The touristic-residential development programme is highly differentiated, both in terms of the types and sizes of the apartments, and in terms of the offer of complementary hotel and recreational functions. The projects under examination have a built area of up to 70,000 sqm.

Castel Maggiore (Bologna)

Site of circa 180 hectares.

Lacchiarella (Milan)*

Site of circa 207,000 sqm which includes the rural complex called “Cascina Concorezzo”, which is part of the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano (South Milan Agricultural Park).

The property complex of the Cascina Concorezzo is the focus of a regeneration plan - which is already in the process of being implemented - for the refurbishment of the manor and the attached agricultural buildings with a total area of 7,700 sqm and the surrounding area of an additional 19,000 sqm.

The regeneration plan envisages the restoration of the historic buildings to a useable condition through the creation of apartments, artisanal and design laboratories and museum exhibition activities.

The 18 hectares of surrounding agricultural land are cultivated by the Cascina Triulza srl.

Domus de Maria (Cagliari)

Site of circa 22,000 sqm which is the focus of a town planning agreement for the construction of a hotel complex.

The envisaged buildable area is circa 7,800 sqm. 

Site of circa 52,000 sqm which is the focus of a town planning agreement for the construction of a Nursing Home.

The project area is circa 11,600 sqm.
